Sip of tea about me

I am twenty something born in Cape Town, South Africa.

I spent the majority of my schooling years in Australia, however, i have come full circle, and now i am back where it all began.

I love my little family, consisting of my Husband and two fur-children. I also have a wonderful supportive network of family and friends (who are basically family).

Did someone say chilli? I am obsessed with anything that burns my face off and get such a kick out of others shocked expressions when i consume it.

I believe wine and catch up time with my people is the best medicine.

I am not a trained professional in health, food or life in general, however, i believe in sharing the knowledge that you accumulate in life and hope my observations and experiences will help someone out there.
