Challenge accepted

Time to get out of our comfort zone…

We love our routines, in fact i love mine so much, i have grown quite fond of it. Should we deviate from it, our moods tend to shift. This is unsustainable in the long run, so why not tackle a challenge or two and shake it up a little?

Life is different right now, therefore some of the things we might want to do, is currently unavailable to us. Let’s consider what we can face today. I challenge you to tackle these simple tasks:

1.Take a mindfulness journey – Step inside the world of meditation. Become more aware of what your body and mind requires from you. Manifest the life you want and work towards it. Grow stronger in your faith as you take purposeful steps to connect.

2. Consider some food for thought – Make that thing you have always wanted to. That thing that seems to difficult or is very time consuming. Perhaps it’s moussaka, a souffle or a four layer cake? Not only will you be impressed with your own skills, the meal will soothe your soul.

3. Create the perfect date night – Invest extra effort to enjoy a date night (safely). Perhaps create your own tapas platter or go for a drive. Spend some quality time doing what you love or cave in and watch that action movie he likes. Not only will your bond grow stronger, having that little quality time will do you wonders

I guarantee you will view life in a new way. Prepare to loose some control and accept the challenge. This might be scary or daunting, but you won’t regret it.
